You as our client, in conjunction with myEnvoy, will provide your requirements 

  • Job description; 

  • Performance targets;

  • Workflow procedures;

  • Highlight any changes in your business required to successfully integrate an a remote worker. 

You, as our client, will need to provide the following:

  • Access by the offshore staff to data, servers and software needed for the execution of their assigned tasks;

  • Training of staff on your specific work tasks that need to be achieved to fulfil job expectations and meet performance targets;

  • Daily, weekly & monthly task schedules with the timeframe and prioritisation level that the staff will need to follow;

  • All necessary information and data needed by the staff to do the job.

Security and Confidentiality

Data security is of primary importance, that is why your staff only access your software to key in important data. Where necessary, limited access can be given by implementing controls and restricting access to your server. Each employee of the offshoring companies used signs a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement, a non-compete clause, and an intellectual property rights agreement specific to your company and industry.
