My name is James Evangelidis. For the last 10+ years I've run "What do Clients Really Want?" – a boutique consultancy specialising in helping professional services firms better understand their clients and markets.  Before this I ran a boutique talent search firm initially focusing on web technologies and then post the dot.com bust, professional services

 

Over this time I've been researching and writing books about the accounting, legal & financial planning sectors. In addition, I built an expertise in the use of LinkedIn in the areas of thought leadership, building community and collaboration. In 2013 I was suprisingly awarded the status by BRW magazine as “The Most Connected Australian on LinkedIn” and in the LinkedIn top 100 most connected people in the world.

 

I've written six books, four of which have been published by Thomson Reuters along with numerous professional articles, radio & podcast interviews. I've provided consulting and training services to many large and small organisations including:
